In the little quaint town of San Agapito the beach was nice, pakaskas are sold, coconuts are dried and goats could climb trees, lies one of the cemeteries of Verde Island.

When we were on our way to Isla Verde, one of the passengers was carrying a nice tube packaging. Luckily she sat right next to us and we were able to ask regarding the packaging, she said it was Pakaskas. It’s a snack made in the island and it’s made from Buri palm sugar molds. [...]
