If you’re a fan of manggang hilaw (unripe mango) you’ll love to go to Baguio and buy from peddlers such as Kuya from the picture above. For only PhP25.00 you’ll have one manggang hilaw served in a transparent plastic and you can choose from the usual alamang (shrimp paste), salt or salt with chili.
With the cold temperature of Baguio the perfect condiment for me would be the salt and chili.
Salt with Chili
When there are no customers ordering, Kuya would patiently slice the mangga and put them in a plastic then get another piece and repeat the process again.

Then if the supply for sliced mangga are enough and no customers are buying, he would stand up and walk around to find his next customer.
