After running 10kms in Race for Life 2010, I had to rush to UP Diliman for my 4.4km diagnostic run for my application in Lakay Kalikasan Mountaineers. “Tara, Beach House tayo.” one of my co-applicants said after our diagnostic run. With 14.4km “mileage” and no breakfast my answer was an automatic YES!
Whenever I wanted to try something other than my usual cafeteria food back in college, Beach House always comes to mind and many times I would remember their delicious barbecue making my body switch to autopilot, destination Beach House.
On our way to Beach House Canteen
If you’re the outdoor type of person, Beach House is the place for you. It doesn’t boast of tiled flooring nor of a clean comfort room but it does boast of dining very close to nature.
Soil Floor
When you order, you’ll have wait in line first and wait for your turn to order.
And when its your turn, that’s when you see and smell the appetizing food.
Since I was starving I ordered my usual combo, 2 of my favorite barbecue, 1 salted egg with tomato, 1 rice and 1 500mL coke.

Beach House! – I used to eat here a lot, favorite ko barbecue nila 🙂
Pati marami pa sa UP masarap kainan. Maslalo ngayon, dami na natayong kainan since naggraduate ako. 🙂
